SEO Marketing Agreement

This SEO contract is between  John Doe   and eMarketingFirm Inc on   10-6-2011 . Scope of work to be performed will include on page website optimization, off page marketing including backlinking from industry directories, blogs, private networks, forums and social media sites, etc. Client will receive monthly reports with keywords rankings and marketing analysis. First page results will take anywhere from 30-120 days. If we are unable to achieve results within 120 days then the client will be relieved from all obligations in this contract.

eMarketingFirm will perform search engine optimization and link building services for  John Doe’s      website. This is a pay for performance contract where the client will only be billed only IF we are able to achieve first page rankings in Google for all the keyword phrases listed below. Once their website appears on the first page of Google (Organic) for the    5     keyword phrases listed below then eMarketingFirm will begin charging your credit or debit card. We continue working on all the keywords listed below and will continue to improve results each month. We guarantee that we will maintain the first page rankings for the duration of the contract, if the rankings for all 5 of the keywords are not maintained on the first page of Google then the client will be pro-rated for the time that they were not on the 1^st page of Google for their keywords. You are only billed for results and if your rankings fall of the first page then you will only pay for the time you are on the 1^st page. The   5  Keyword package is $          a month  for a total of 12 months.

The term of this agreement shall commence on the date the first payment is received and continue for a total of 12 months after that date. Client may not cancel or terminate this contract for any reason as they have agreed to pay eMarketingFirm for at least 12 months once rankings have been obtained. Once this contract is completed it will change to a month to month agreement which can be canceled at any time by either party.  Our guarantee is first page results in Google for 5 of the keyword phrases in this contract. We cannot guarantee an increase in sales, phone calls or revenue generated as that is out of our control. We can only guarantee the work that we perform which is the 1^st page keyword rankings. Once results are achieved the client will be notified 24 hours in advance before billing is commenced. All results will be maintained for the duration of this contract.

I authorize eMarketingFirm Inc. to charge my debit/credit card ONLY IF RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED and maintained. Late payments received after 10 days from the due date will be subject to a 10% late fee.
