How long until 1st page results will be seen?
Currently it takes us anywhere from 30-120 days to potentially achieve first page rankings in Google. The time frame really depends on how competitive the keywords are that we are working on for your website.

Can I see examples of your work?
Yes, we provide several examples of other websites we have optimized during our demonstration. These websites are currently ranking very well and are making a lot of money because of our efforts.

Do you have references?
Yes, we have references that are available upon requests that we would be more than happy to give you. Please note that some of our clients don’t wish to be contacted or referenced for obvious reasons.

Will it hurt my website?
We will never do anything that will hurt your website or may get you banned. We only use ethical white hat techniques which are much better for long term success.

Do we work on Google Local Places/Maps or Organic Rankings or Pay Per Click?
We actually work on both your organic seo and local maps/places rankings. We guaranteed at least one location on the first page of Google for each keyword. In some cases you might be listed on both the places and organics because we are working on both. How long are the contracts? We have a 12 month contract which is the industry standard for most marketing and advertising companies including the Yellow Pages.

Why the 12 month contract?
We only offer 12 month contracts because once we get you on the first page of Google we must continue to work on your website or you will loose positions quickly. So by working on optimization and seo marketing for at least 12 months we will position your website and business for long lasting results. We use a lot of advanced optimization techniques that give our clients a huge advantage over their competitors.

What happens after the 12 month contract?
After 12 months you can either stop using our services and slowly loose the rankings or you can be put into our SEO maintenance program. After 12 months you will be on a month to month agreement which can be stopped at anytime.

Can you just bill me and I send a check in the mail?
Currently we only offer automatic billing using a debit card, credit card, checks by phone or bank account debit. We have found this works best for our business and is the only way we accept payments.

Do the results last forever?
The results last for as long as you keep working with us. As long as we are hired you will continue to see the 1st page search engine results because we are working on your account on a daily basis. As soon as you stop working with us then your ranking will start slowly fade away which will result in less traffic, sales and phone calls.

We currently only accept all types of credit cards, debit cards and bank drafts.

Do we offer PPC Adword campaigns?
No, we do NOT offer PPC campaigns at this time. We currently only do Organic SEO and Maps/Places.

How many employees do you have?
Currently we have a 3 executives in our office located in San Diego and 12 employees located throughout the US and UK. Our 12 employees perform different tasks including on page optimization, keyword research, link building, content creation, graphic design, image design, coding and programming.

Do you use black hat seo tricks?
No, we never use any type of black hat techniques. We want our clients to achieve long lasting results for years to come and it just isn’t worth the risk because eventually Google always catches on to anyone trying to trick their system.

So what will I receive with the money I spend?
You will be on the first page of Google for all the keyword phrases you selected. You will also receive monthly reports with the amount of keywords you are rankings for, traffic reports and analysis of your current marketing.

How do I select the best keywords?
We will advise you on the best keywords for your city and industry. We use several different keyword tools to show us which keyword phrases are getting the most traffic. We will advise you on which keywords will be best, but the ultimate decision will be yours to choose which keywords you want us to get you ranked for.

Can I pick any keywords I want?
Yes, you can pick any keywords you want in your city. For example we will get you ranked on the first page for “San Diego Lawyer”, but we wouldn’t allow you to choose the keyword “Lawyer” as that is a worldwide keyword which is highly competitive and most of the visitors will not be located anywhere close to you and would be a waste of time, money and resources for a local business. We usually work with small to medium sized businesses that operate on a local level. So using the city or state attached to your keywords is going to give you the best geo targeted results(We do offer keywords without cities/states attached, call for pricing).

How many keywords do I need to choose?
The amount of keywords you select are really dependent on your budget and the results you want to achieve. Obviously the more keywords will result in more potential business you are going to be able to achieve. If you want to truly dominate your market then we usually suggest at least 10-20 keywords.

What if I need to make changes, modifications or redesign my website, can you help me with that?
Yes, we have a great web design company that we can refer to you that can make changes in a quick and efficient manner. Website redesigns or making cosmetic changes to your website is not included with our packages(all changes we make will be for optimization only). We will also advise you on the changes that you should make in order to get the absolute best results from our marketing campaign.
